What if I am not sure what sorority my daughter is
in?
- We have a list for our reference that indicates
which sorority each collegiate pledged. On the order form, please indicate
you are unsure and we will look it up.
Will my daughter’s sorority colors be used?
- The robes and towel wraps are white terry
cloth and will be monogrammed with your daughter’s sorority letters in a
color appropriate to that sorority.
- The towels are white, yellow, or red and
monogrammed with your daughter’s sorority letters. White towels are used
for most sororities. Both the towel color and thread color used to monogram
the towel will be appropriate for your daughter’s sorority.
- The travel bags are available in several
colors and we select a color appropriate to the sorority’s colors.
What size are the robes and towel wraps?
- The robe and towel wrap are a women’s one
size fits all. The robe and towel wrap should fit the vast majority
of collegiates. If you are concerned that the robe will be too big
or small, you may want to consider a monogrammed bath towel.
Can I also have my daughter’s initials monogrammed
on the robe?
- We are sorry but we cannot accommodate this
request.
Will you accept late orders?
- We will make every effort to accommodate
your order. However, please send the order as quickly as possible.
Also, include a phone number where you can be reached. We will contact you
if we are not going to be able to fill your order and will refund your money.
What should I do if my daughter does not mention picking
up my gift?
- We leave the items in gift bags in your
daughter’s sorority suite for pick-up at Monday’s meeting. This bag will
have the gift tag you complete with your order and has your daughter’s name
on it. Sometimes, new members do not go to meetings every Monday because
of class, band practice, illness, etc. If your daughter does not mention
receiving your gift, it may be that she has not been to the sorority suite
yet. However, if you think there is a problem with delivery, please contact
Karen Willis at (865) 558-5887. We will contact the sorority’s president
and track the gift down.
